Route information
This unique Wild Running Yoga Retreat is the perfect event for any yoga and running enthusiasts. With multiple runs and yoga classes, as well as plenty of time to relax and enjoy the stunning location, this weekend can be enjoyed by all.
Yoga will be led by the qualified Hatha yoga expert and fitness trainer Zoe Drake, where there will be a minimum of 2 yoga sessions a day.
There will also experienced trail and fell runners who will guide the runs, and optional navigational workshops and route planning for those who want it.
A running retreat on the southern edge of Dartmoor, based at Blackadon Barns Farm near Moorhaven. You can learn from a former elite distance and top trail runner, to go off piste and be fully immersed in the rugged landscape of Dartmoor.

Bed time story with Ceri: He will talk about his experience of living with Kipchohe Keino, double Olympic champion at his orphanage in Kenya as a teenager and his experience of befriending and training with Zimbabwe’s top distance runner and asylum seeker Williard Chinanhu and how his attitude to running informed his life.

07:30 - 08:30 Wake up Yoga with Zoe

11:00 - 13:00 Run followed by a functional movement session with Joe Kelly.
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
16:00 Yoga session for runners with Zoe

You can choose to stay another night or you can be taken to Ivybridge Station free of charge.
Catering
Catering will be provided at the retreat by Dartmoor Larder, who are a locally-sourced, vegan-based cuisine. The food regularly receives 4 stars, and in addition to the wonderful food, former chef Sandy will be giving talks on nutrition.
Evening meals can be enjoyed around the table with your fellow guests.
Sandy can also cater for any dietary requirements that you may have. Please just make us aware of your dietary needs at least 1 week prior to your escape.

It's completely up to you which, and how many, classes you take part in. It's all about enjoying yourself.

Runners will be grouped based on their ability and preference, so there's no need to worry about not being able to keep up!

When do I need to arrive for the Dartmoor Trail and Yoga Camp?
Entrants can choose to arrive at 5:30pm on friday for a run, or dinner will be from 7pm.
