This event is a 4 mile multi terrain mainly flat with one climb. A scenic coastal run with sandy beach, tarmac and woodland paths, free parking from 6pm in the main warren car park, first aid will be at the event. toilets are close by but there are No showers or changing availble . Any Bags are left at the owners risk.
