  • Did the Ultra Marathon 50km in 2018

My first ultra on a short course and loved every minute of it,having such a small field of runners make it more of a social event and a meet and greet than most races Ive done previously

A brilliant timed event. Fantastic organisers and ill definitely return next year for the D2Dultra!

I really enjoyed it and most questions were covered in pre-race emails. Only things I wasn't sure about: would I be able to access my checked- in bag during the day? A: yes (so I took lots of layers) and could I put a food bag accessible? A: yes, people put them on or under the drinks table. I guess I would have needed waterproofs in the HQ area if it had been raining as it was outside.
