Route information
A hugely popular event in the region, the 10k takes the runners on road up to the hill tops where the scenery is stunning.
The Kids Mile is the perfect place to get your little ones involved in this brilliant day of racing, and introduce them to the sport of running.
All the courses will be clearly marked and marshals will be there to guide you home to the finish line. There will be a drinks station on the 10k route.

The event can be accessed from the A5, the A55 and the A494, coming of each to drive towards Denbigh.
Parking
Denbigh Leisure Centre car park parking is free of charge. Please follow the signs and marshal instructions to use the dedicated race parking.
By Train
There are no Train Stations in or around Denbigh however there are a number of bus stops in the town for anyone looking to travel on public transport.

Please arrive with plenty of time left to register and get ready for your race.
Age Restrictions
5k competitors must be 11 years or older, and 10k competitors must be 15 years or older.
Spectator Info
Spectators are encouraged to get out and cheer on their family and friends, it makes for a great race atmosphere. The best place for them to watch is at the Start/Finish line.
