The 5K and 10k offers something for everyone, whether youre a novice or a serious runner.
Our hugely popular 5K take you on and off-road, on a journey through tracks and footpaths. The 10K will take you on a journey on road up to where the scenery is outstanding, there will be a drink station on this 10K course.
The 1 mile route starts and finishes on the field, taking you around all the Denbigh fields, the course will be well sign posted and marshalled.
The different race options really bring a fun and relaxed crowd for this event. Accessible for all ages and abilities, with some great scenery on the way round. Smooth organisation for the whole event and a tough little uphill climb at the end for those doing the 10k to enjoy.

I've seen that is says that headphones are not permitted, please would you confirm if that includes bone conductor ones (open ear). These were allowed at Conwy but not at Ruthin. Many thanks.

For great friendly events, Bespoke Fitness & Events guys do a great job! I’ve done a few of their events to date and will definitely be doing more in the future. Great value for money, brilliantly mark courses, and a great mixture of terrains to race over. Something for everyone!

i thought the whole thing overall was organised very well i only started running in jan to lose weight and get fitter and this was my first ever race so was going into the unknow but enjoyed it that last hill was a killer ,now looking forword to llangollen 10k
