This 10km is designed to be fun but tough, we will enjoy some fantastic trails and lots of lovely hills. The good news is that we will pause at the top to enjoy the spectacular views and the sunset. You can take the hills at your own pace and we will encourage each other.
This is not a race! We will run as a group and share this experience together. You should be able to run between 10-11 min/miles and have a good level of fitness. First timers encouraged!
