There will be minimum concentration needed for this adventure as Matt Buck will take full care of the route.

Did the race in 2023

Wet, slippery, down and up and repeat. Not quite what was expected for May!Good route, and well lead with regroup spots.I would say read the ability advice, its a great intro into real trails. NOT a jog around your local country park.We saw deer, foxes, rabbits and one very big fast badger.
