There will be race pacers provided, so if you're aiming for a specific time then stick with them. This course is pancake flat and perfect for setting a quick time.

Enjoyable 10k. The only downside being a two lap course but that's the nature of the setting. Though being two laps enabled a 5km split on the chip which is good. Big puddles too and sloppy in places but not a lot you can do about that.
  • Did the 10K in 2017

Great friendly atmosphere, felt like a proper local, community event. Loved the 'shout-outs' from the announcer at the halfway stage and finishing line, using our race numbers to give personalised 'shout-outs'.
  • Did the 5K in 2017

I'm still a relatively new runner and older than most but was made to feel really part of the run series. The only reason I gave the course an OK was the huge lakes on part of the course! The organisation is tip top, i've never had to wait for a bar code and getting the time immediately is a nice bonus.
  • Did the 10K in 2017

Ran my second ever 10k here and I couldn't have wished for a more welcoming race and accessible course!
  • Did the 10K in 2017

I enjoyed it, first time I have ever run a whole 10K
  • Did the 10K in 2017

Very well organised, and scenic route, despite the puddles!
  • Did the 5K in 2017

Excellent race, well organised, everyone is very friendly and supportive. Second year of doing it
  • Did the 10K in 2017

Very well run event as ever, friendly atmosphere.
  • Did the 10K in 2017

A great series of races, particularly enjoyed the banana at the finish line and the supportive atmosphere. A lovely location, not just on roads. The marshalls really helped me get round the course with their positive encouragement.
  • Did the 5K in 2017

I'm just getting back into running after a 3 year gap and this was a fantastic "easer in". it is brilliantly organised with a really friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be booking for next year.
