Race around the scenic Dinton Pastures Country Park in the first edition of this 5 & 10km summer series. Great for runners of all stripes, the route takes you on an off-road gravel path that skirts the edge of the park's internal lakes. Come along for the perfect post-work exercise.

Dinton Pastures 5km & 10km Summer Series - May routes

This is a 5KM looped course, with 10KM runners completing it twice. The route will be run on an off-road gravel path around the Country Park's scenic lakes.

There will be race pacers provided, so if you're aiming for a specific time then stick with them. This course is pancake flat and perfect for setting a quick time.

The course will be well marshalled and clearly distance marked, with a water station for 10KM runners just after the half way point.

Race starts

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled race start in order to complete the registration process.


Spectators are firmly encouraged to come along to Dinton Pastures Country Park to support the athletes. There is plenty of parking for those wishing to attend.


Barnes Fitness are on the lookout for more volunteers to help to continually make their events so great.

Roles generally consist of helping with race registration, course marshalling, or even distributing those all important finisher's medals.

Where can I access results?
Results will be uploaded directly to Barnes Fitness website which can be found here:
When do I collect my race pack?
Race pack collection and registration will take place the evening of the event, from outside the Dragonfly Cafe at Dinton Pastures Country Park.
Is there baggage storage?
Bag storage will be provided at the start/finish area inside a Gazebo. Please note, this area will not be manned and it is recommended that you do not leave valuables.

Organisers of the well established Dinton Pastures Summer Series, Woodley 10km, Thames 5km/10km and Twyford Kids Triathlon to name a few! Run by husband and wife team; Ellie Barnes & Ian Gosling - both enjoy taking part in running and multisport events locally and internationally.

    First time Ive done one of these (I only took up running a year ago at the tender age of 54!) and it was fantastic, despite the all day rain! Great course, superb organisation and a great crowd to cheer everyone on. I will be signing up for the next three rounds!
