Run Course
The run will start next to the Main Registration Marquee and will be an out-and-back course measuring 5k.
- Sprint Duathlon - 1 lap
- Standard Duathlon - 2 laps
Bike Course
The course will consist of 5k laps up and down the side of the famous lake.
- Sprint Duathlon - 4 laps
- Standard Duathlon- 8 laps
Please note that it is the competitors responsibility to count the number of laps they have ridden.
Final Run Course
- The final run course is once again an out and back loop equal to 2.5k.
- Sprint Duathlon - 1 lap
- Standard Duathlon - 2 laps

Event day logistics
09:10 Races start
Race Pack
Race Packs must be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race, from registration. Please be aware that you will not receive anything in the post.
Age Requirements
There are age requirements for the following races: Standard - 17 or over Sprint - 15 or over
Bag Drop
There will be a secure area where bags can be left, though it is recommended that you bring as little baggage as possible. Your bag tag is attached to your race number which you can tear off and attach to your bag.
Water Stations
There will be water stations after each lap of the race.
Headphones
It is not recommended that you wear headphones during the race so you stay alert to what is going on around you and hear the encouragement from marshals and spectators. There will also be pedestrians on the paths you'll be running who you'll need to be aware of.
Race Results
Your race timings will be published on the RunThrough results page after the race.
Race start
After the warm-up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where the marshals will guide you to the start.
Spectator Info
Spectators are strongly encouraged to come along, as they are integral to creating a supportive and energetic atmosphere for the Duathletes. The course is also lapped meaning spectators will be able to see runners on multiple occasions.
