I've been to this event several times and for good reason! Its just racing pure and simple. Its a good course, although I did get a puncher half way round which was bum out. So maybe watch your tyres!

Good course, good fun and a good atmosphere, couldnt really tell what was going on with the timings, just needed to be a bit clearer

I mean the course is actually great, the problem is that its just a bit dull for my taste. And was quite windy and cold for that time of year

Really well organised - great having the marathon target time pacers, which worked very well for me. Didn't hate the laps as much as I thought I would! A great race to prepare for an upcoming marathon - thank you.

Remember to breath in through the nose, due to taking in protein from eating too many midges.
