Route information
This stunning Olympic venue is where Team GB won Bronze for Rowing in 2012 and it has held host to a variety of high-performance events since.
All participants will begin their event with a 0.4km or 0.75k swim before heading to their transition area and beginning their bike stage.
Those in the sprint event will bike 10km while those in the standard event will cycle 20km around the Dorney event site. There are fantastic views to take in throughout before participants head onto the 2.5k or 5k run
Each discipline will be accurately marked out with distance markers and arrows to guide you in the right direction and inform you of how far you've come. There will also be marshals stationed throughout the course for safety reasons and of course to cheer you on.
