Not to sugarcoat it, but this course is flat, fast that follows the footpaths (not roads) along the stunning river Thames. The name of the game is to complete as many laps of the course as you can in the 6-hour time limit, dough if running isn't your thing - you're welcome to take it at your own speed.
Each lap is 5.3K (or 3.28M) and runners must complete at least one lap in the time limit given but anyone that completes just one is considered a finisher and a winner.
