**The routes will generally take place along tranquil country roads, with the dash spending just under a mile on a busier road, the dash around 1.5 miles, and the determined around 3 miles.

Can I enter on the day?
Entrance will be available on the day, subject to availability. This will cost £26.50 for standard entrance and £10.50 for under-16s.
Where is the event venue?
The event venue is at Churchfields Farmhouse Ice Cream and registration will be open from 0700.
Are helmets mandatory?
Helmets are absolutely mandatory and you will not be allowed to race without one.
