There'll be a number of breathtaking views to take in, including the remaining ruins of Greyfriars monastery. The route passes through the Dunwich Heath Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you will see nature at its best.
You will be guided on this 50k run so there's no danger of getting lost or having to worry about navigation. All you have to do is turn up and run.

Please be at Cliff Field Car Park in Southwold to meet Kelly, the run leader, ready to start the guided run at 08:00.
You must be 18 or older at the time of this event.
There will be public toilets at the start and finish.
What will I need for the Dunwich Heath 50k Guided Run?
You'll need to have trail shoes, a hydration vest with 1 litre of water, a water proof jacket, hat & gloves and a base layer. It will be very exposed and cold in areas so you are encouraged to bring extra layers.
