This will be a circular route starting and finishing at Cliff Field Car Park in Southwold on the Suffolk coast. There'll be a number of breathtaking views to take in, including the remaining ruins of Greyfriars monastery. The route passes through the Dunwich Heath Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you will see nature at its best.
You will be guided on this 50k run so there's no danger of getting lost or having to worry about navigation. All you have to do is turn up and run.

You'll need to have trail shoes, a hydration vest with 1 litre of water, a water proof jacket, hat & gloves and a base layer. It will be very exposed and cold in areas so you are encouraged to bring extra layers.
