Total height gain: 3800m/ 12,500ft
This ultra route will cover sections of the Welsh Coastal Path, the whole of the iconic Cadair Idris ridgeline, the summits several remote peaks around the Dyfi Estuary UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
There will be some incredibly special scenery along this route as runners will summit several remote peaks in this region of Snowdonia.
The course will require participants to be competent navigators, willing and able to use a map and compass to find their way.

Navigation
All runners will need to be competent navigators, with much of the route self-navigated.
Optional Drop Bag
Participants will have the option to drop a bag off at registration and it will be transported to checkpoint 4 at the midpoint in the race, then transported back to race HQ.
Checkpoints
There will be 6 checkpoints along this 50 mile route, fully marshalled and with plenty of aid.
- Checkpoint 1 will be at 20k
- Checkpoint 2 will be at 30k
- Checkpoint 3 will be at 42k - Cut off 8 hours after race start
- Checkpoint 4 will be at 50k
- Checkpoint 5 will be at 64k
- Checkpoint 6 will be at 75k
