Dymock Half Marathon and 10k

Starting off from Dymock Cricket Club, we swing South out of the village through small country lanes crossing the M50 for the first time at Four Oaks, a quick detour around Holder’s lane (The Beast) deposits us on the Kempley road heading North into Queen’s Wood (the epicentre of the famous Daffodil Walk) and onto the pretty village of Kempley. Once through Kempley, turning at Kempley New Church, the route tends North on a gradual incline towards Much Marcle, before doubling back past Kempley Old Church and the historic Memorial Oak (location of the last drinks station) before returning to Candle Cottage on the edge of Kempley prior to veering back Eastward for the final few miles back to Dymock, past the Beauchamps Arms and sprint to a finish at Dymock’s Cricket club to receive your well earned Medal and limited edition technical T shirt.
