Join Grass Routes on a guided social run that starts in Rye taking participants through East Guldeford Level, skirting around little Cheyne Court Wind Farm heading towards Camber then back up to Rye.
Perfect for beginners, this is a chance to see the wind farm up close and run an almost pancake flat route.
Never been to a guided run before? You don’t have to run fast however you should be capable of running at around 12 minute mile pace or above and are confidant you can complete the distance. No runners are left behind - its a supportive group.
