Guided Trail Run:
Here's what races are available for Edgy Trail Run (Guided Run)
Guided Trail Run
This 12-14k route will start and finish at the Longshaw car park. From the car park you will run via forest path and moorland to reach White Edge and then curve around to return via the tops of Curbar Edge and Frogatt Edge (don’t worry, you’re not right on the edge, the path is often 10 to 20 metres away). The views are terrific and other than a few boulder obstacles the paths are largely runnable.
There may be the option to split into two smaller groups if the pace variations are drastically different. Either way you will be accompanied by a running guide who will keep you on track and point out sites of interest.
There'll be no need to worry about getting lost as there'll be a run leader who will keep everybody on the route. All you have to do is focus on running and soaking up all those incredible views.
