Great course, not a great attendance probably because of cost. Organisation not great, start delayed because first aid support, was late, and in the end they did not turn up. It was announced no first aid, but you could still run at your own risk.

It was my very first time doing anything like this and I felt the event was very well organised and easy to navigate around where you had to go etc. The course was a good run with some lovely bits of scenery. I will 100% be back next year to do it all again and try beat my PB.

I struggled on the ascent on the second lap. Need to get fitter lol.It wasn't half cold, could have done with a shorter time between registration and the race itself. Highlight was seeing the Mini Mo event. Encouraging start to hopefully healthy lives.

Race was tight to begin with as the number of runners going in to the first corner slowed things down a bit. That apart really challenging second lap heading back up the shoulder of the hill.
