* Participants should aim to arrive about 1.5 hours before the duathlon starts to leave enough time to register, put their bike in transition and warm up.
Your race pack will include a race number and 2 stickers, which must be attached to your bike and your helmet. This must be done before you enter the transition zone.
You will need to bring a photo ID to register and take part.
You must be at least 17 on event day to participate.
The transition area will be open between 06:30 and 07:40. You cannot ride your bike in the transition area, and you must wear your helmet at all times in the transition area whether you are on your bike or running with your bike.
Security will be present in the transition area throughout so you don't need to worry about your equipment. Please note that you will need your ID to go in and out of the transition area.
- This is a non-drafting event. Drafting may result in your disqualification.
- You should not litter on the course
- Your helmet must be fastened on your head at all times whilst you are on your bike or running through transition with your bike.
All competitors must comply with British Triathlon Federation (BTF) rules.
Unfortunately, there will not be a bag drop at this event. It is advised by the event organiser to leave your belongings in your locked car, keeping valuables out of sight. If you are not travelling by car, please travel as light as possible.
Water & Nutrition
There will be water available at the start/finish area. It is recommended that you take your own water and nutrition on route.
There will be toilets available.
British Triathlon Federation Membership
You will need to be a BTF member to compete. If you aren't, you must be licensed to race which will be a £6 charge payable when booking your ticket.
