A fast and flat one lap course on rural lanes around the village of Capenhurst, Cheshire. This chipped timed event is one of the fastest 5k races in the north west with PB times of 13.55, male and 16.46 female set in 2015.This race is in memory of Ellesmere Port RC athlete Neil Lavery.
