Route information
The TrailX eMTB Challenge is the mountain bike event that appeals to all ‘E off-roaders’, regardless of experience or ability there is plenty to keep you smiling.
The challenge takes place on an exciting and innovative course that features a purpose-built bridge in the centre of the event village making for a true figure of 8. This means that you pass through the arena area twice per lap so there is plenty of opportunity for banter and support from spectators but also allows access to the feed area to keep your human battery topped up.
Up to 60km. The event is based on a purpose built 20km course that can be completed up to 3 times.

There will be plenty of parking available at Pippingford Park.
Camping
You’re more than welcome to bring a tent, camper, caravan or motor home and stay will us from the evening of Friday 7th through to the morning of Monday 10th (you must be away from Pippingford Park by 10am on Monday). Camping is only £10 per night and includes access to hot showers and toilets, camping can be booked when you purchase your tickets

All riders must be aged 19 or older on the day of the event.
What is the Challenge?
The TrailX eMTB Challenge is not a race - you will be timed but the challenge is more of a 'battle of battery'. Optimal battery use will be crucial if you want to go fast but get home with some assistance!
FAQs
Do I have to complete the full 60k at the eMTB Challenge?
No, you can do as many laps of the 20k course as you like, up to 3.
Can I camp at the eMTB Challenge?
Yes, camping is available from Friday to Monday morning for £10 per night.
Can I enter on the day of the eMTB Challenge?
On the day entry will be priced at £55 and will be subject to availability. Entry is not guaranteed so save disappointment and book early!
