All 4 races will take in the best the region has to offer. The coastal Gower 10K, half, marathon and ultra courses are set against an awe-inspiring natural backdrop of cliff tops, downland, woodland, sand dunes and world famous beaches. It will be a run to remember.

Registration
All registration will be done in advance.
Check-in
We will be asking all registered participants to check in online approximately two weeks from the event. The Check-in process will result in a simpler event experience for you by removing the usual on-the-day administration. Within the Check-in process we will ask you to confirm your preferred postal address to enable your participant number and electronic timing tag to be posted and to watch the mandatory event safety video. There will be a baggage area for those that have come without a car.
Starts
This event is located in a remote and exposed location with little shelter. Do not underestimate how cold and wet it can get. Bring warm and waterproof clothes with you.
Starts will be conducted on a time-trial basis and there will be an online leaderboard running throughout the day. You will be released in ability order from the fastest to the slowest thereby keeping overtaking to a minimum on the trails. There are exceptions to the starting order where we have identified individuals with specific needs.

Age Restrictions
10k Runners must be 16 or over / 14 or 15 if accompanied by an adult (18+) for the duration of the event.
Half Marathon Runners must be 16 or over.
Marathon or greater distance Runners must be 18 or over.

At what time does the Endurancelife Coastal Trail Series – Gower start?
Races do not have exact start times, but will start shortly after the race briefing ends. The briefing and start windows are as follows: Ultra - 8.00 to 8.30am, Marathon - 8.30 - 9.00am, Half Marathon - 10.00 - 10.30am, and the 10k - 11.00 to 11.30am. We recommend arriving at least half an hour before your race briefing starts to allow time to park and register. Registration closes 15 minutes before your briefing and start window.
What is the cut-off time for the Endurancelife Coastal Trail Series – Gower?
There are cut-off times for the Marathon and Ultra races only. All Ultra and Marathon participants must reach CP3 (at 19.4 miles) by 14:00, and ultra runners must reach the end of the Marathon route (at 26.4 miles) by 15:00. It is worth being aware of cut-off times, but it is rare that participants miss them.
What do I need to bring to the Endurancelife Coastal Trail Series – Gower?
All races except the 10k have mandatory kit requirements in order to ensure the safety of all runners. Your kit will be checked at some point during the event. Participants without mandatory kit will be disqualified. Mandatory kit includes a mobile phone, waterproof, hydration system, and snacks.
