Our December trail run takes us to London's largest open space, Epping Forest. We will run a 16km loop through the forest and finish at Butlers Retreat Cafe to refuel.From Chingford Station we head North along the West edge of the Forest, turning at 8km and following the woodland paths back to Chingford, refuelling at Butlers Retreat Cafe.
