Route information
Escape onto the Wherryman's Way to enjoy 37.5 miles of trails through the stunning Norfolk Broads National Park, including several other nature reserves.
As with all ESCAPE Trails events, an expert Run Leader will be on hand to not only guide you round the trail, but to also give you fascinating information about the local area.
ESCAPE trails events are not races, and you will be running at a conversational pace. You will be put into a group of runners of similar ability, but please be aware you may not be the slowest runner in your group, so you may need to run slower than you are used to. The organiser has allowed roughly 9 hours for this event.

All runners must be aged 16 or over on the day of the event.
Experience Level
Intermediate - These runs are suitable for anyone that has a good level of experience with trail running. The terrain will be harder going than the beginner level, with more obstacles and possibly more incline to climb. These runs will generally be run at a quicker pace than those in the beginner level.
