This gorgeous route takes runners along the Exe Riverway, and the old Quayside. Its a perfect way to test out your running legs, whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out on your running journey.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the race starts to sort out registration and get warmed up before your event.
There is a 6 hour cut-off period as well as periodic markers along the route for those who are not expected to meet the maximum time requirement. Minimum age to enter this event is 18 years old.

If I need to cancel my race, can I get refunded?
No, unfortunately because this event is for charity all entrants are final. If you need to cancel then please email [email protected] and you may be able to defer until next year. Please do this as soon as you know, because there is a deadline (usually 4 weeks prior to the event).
Can I wear headphones?
Traditional headphones are not allowed as racers need to be aware of their surroundings. However, Bone-conducting headphones are acceptable.
Is there a cut-off time for this event?
Yes, there is a 6-hour time limit for racers and specific cut-off markers along the route for those who are not expected to reach the finish line in time.
Is there a minimum age limit for this event?
Yes, the minimum age is 18 years old.
When will race information be available?
Final race information will be emailed 7 - 10 days prior to the event. Race numbers will be collected on the day of the event.
