This multi-distance triathlon event is aimed at a wide range of abilities, and will be an enjoyable, challenging and friendly event. There is even a novice swim option for the Sprint Triathlon which completes a shorter loop. The event can be completed by individuals or as a relay team where each team member completes a single discipline.
The swim will start in waves from the beautiful sandy beach and takes place in the calm, clear waters over a fully marshalled single lap course.
You will then head out of Exmouth on the bike route, which will be an undulating single lap course. There will be a mixture of closed and open roads as you take in the beautiful surroundings.
The run leg takes place on the sea front promenade over an out and back loop. The flat course is perfect for a fast finish to your race and you can enjoy the stunning sea views throughout.

Exmouth is situated on the South Coast approximately 12 miles south of Exeter, and can be accessed from the A376.
By Train
Exmouth Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away from Race HQ.
Event day logistics
08:00 All races start
The swim will start in waves from this time. Further information regarding accurate wave start times will be emailed to registered participants before event-day.
Please arrive to the venue with plenty of time to park, register, place your bike in the transition area and warm-up.
Registration
Race HQ, start and finish, and transition are all located at the East end of Exmouth beachfront by Orcombe Point on Queens Drive.
A full race pack will be emailed to you during the week leading up to the event.
Age Restrictions
Participants must be 15 and over to enter the sprint, and 17 and over to enter the olympic distance.
Rules
Swimmers can wear wetsuits and should be able to swim 750/1500 metres using any stroke. The organiser suggests that you bring a bowl to fill with water so you can wash the sand off your feet before the cycle.
Cyclists must wear approved helmets and abide by the rules of the road. The route will be marked and marshalled, however route finding is always the competitors responsibility so familiarise yourself with the route and the area beforehand.
Team Relay Entry
The triathlon can be completed in teams of three, with each person completing one leg of the race.
To enter as a team, select the Team Entry ticket in the checkout. Proceed by entering all team member's details into the required fields.
