Route information
This lightly undulating 10k race is perfect for any beginner runner or seasoned veteran. The race will start at New Quay Road and head out towards the Trimpell Sport and Social club. After a short loop, you will run back to the start. There will be a hill towards the finish line so make sure to conserve your energy as you run.

There is 3 hour parking on the quay outside the George and Dragon. There is additional unrestricted parking on New Quay Road by the new building.

The closest train station to the event is Lancaster station which is only a short walk to the race venue.

Race packs
All entrants must collect their race packs from the George and Dragon on the day of the event from 9:30am.
Age requirements
All entrants must be 15 years old or over to participate.
Baggage storage
There will be limited baggage storage at the George and Dragon, bags are left at the owner's risk.
Club Runner Entry
Members of Lancaster Runner's Club will receive a discounted rate. If you pay the lower rate and are not a member of the club you will have to pay the additional balance at the registration on the day of the event.
Drink stations
Drink stations are located approximately every 3 miles along the course.
Fancy Dress
You are welcome to wear fancy dress. Please be mindful about what you wear as roads and cycleways are not closed to the public.
Headphones
It is not recommended to use headphones when you run as you will need to be aware of what is around you and you must be able to take instructions from the marshals.
