Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 16 or older on the day of the event.
Registration
All runners must attend registration at the Grim gazebo on the day. Race briefings will also be sent out a week in advance which will contain final event information.
Cupless Event
The organiser are reducing their environmental impact and will not be handing out cups. Please bring your own receptacle with you on race day!
