A great course for beginners who are ready to take on inclines. Very well organised with a beautiful medal even if you’re only doing a 5k.

Did the Half Marathon in 2020

Honestly it is probably my least favourite half marathon. 8 repetitive loops up a big hill, not a particularly interesting park and poor toilet facilities at the start. Also very confusing mile markers!
  • Did the 10K in 2019

Very well organised race! Atmosphere could be better if more people showed up to support the runners but that obviously not down to you guys
  • Did the 10K in 2019

4x Laps of this beautiful park. Lovely volunteers parked around the course and water provided on every lap near the start. Not one for a PB, but a decent hill is the essence of each lap, so good for training! Toilets near the start...the usual.
  • Did the 10K in 2019

Very well organised, perfect event for a cold January morning. Will run again next year hopefully!!
  • Did the 10K in 2019

Well organised, plenty of pre race information, fast results post race. Atmosphere was lively and friendly.
