Will there be aid stations?
Yes, however, there will be no plastic cups, but instead an Aid Station crew with water barrels and jugs. You could run with your own water supply or carry a reusable plastic cup, available on race sign up or on race day for £3.50. AAT are going single-use plastic cup free in 2020, in an effort to preserve the epic surroundings which house there races.
Is there on-site baggage storage?
Bags can be left in the white van during the event.
Will there be toilets?
There will be public loos and temporary toilets.
Are there going to be refreshments?
Our famous home-made flapjacks and brownies as well as bananas will be provided, and there are two cafes on site at Newlands Corner.

Another great G3 race. Beautiful course (even in the drizzle and mist). Well marked with some lovely lesser known trails through the woods. Great friendly marshals all the way round. This series has been my favourite for a few years and they are still up there in my top 10

My first G3 event and really enjoyed it. Great course but challenging - the hills! - and beautiful scenery. Well organised and a nice atmosphere at the start. Will do again next year!

Great atmosphere, lots of hills, lovely people and views (weather permitting!) and a superb medal at the end!
