Will there be aid stations?
Yes, however, there will be no plastic cups, but instead an Aid Station crew with water barrels and jugs. You could run with your own water supply or carry a reusable plastic cup, available on race sign up or on race day for £3.50. AAT are going single-use plastic cup free in 2020, in an effort to preserve the epic surroundings which house there races.

Bags can be left in the white van during the event.

There will be public loos and temporary toilets.

Another installment of the G3 nicely delivered. Beautiful if hilly course including the infamous steep St Marthas back passage. Registration was very smooth, the inclusion of timing chips on the number bibs rather than on seperate velcro wrist straps sped up the number collection compared to previous years. Freindly and encouraging marshals all round the course with plenty of arrows ensuring the route was clear even in the fog.

AAT events are such great organisers and once again put on a fabulous event. It was great to get that finishers medal after some of the hills and mixed terrain

Absolutely loved this race. The mixed-terrain was tough but the massage after definitely solved that

Great course, good cheerful marshalls, shame brownies weren't gluten free.

Absolutely loved this race! Ankle deep mud, challenging hills, amazing views especially when the sun came out between the sleet showers! Organisation was great, friendly smiley marshalls especially at the water station (thanks Andy, even if there wasnt any gin this time!)! and the hug station after the hill between 9 & 10k (or was that just me that got one? ;-) ) Such a friendly group of runners too - thanks to Tina for all the encouragement and the helping hand up that brutal hill!!! Exactly what trail running is all about, cant wait to do another one :-) Thank you!

First aat event, really enjoyed it, great atmosphere, I will definitely do all three next year.

Brilliantly organised, friendly race with encouraging smiling marshals. Challenge course with enough mud and hills to deserve the delicous chocolate brownies at the end!
