Do I have to wear a wetsuit for the FixAddiction Triathlon?
If the temperature is between 14 - 22 degrees Celsius, then trisuits, swimming trunks etc are fine. If wetsuits are banned (above 22) then competitors are ok to swim without tops on, so bare torsos are permitted, but only for the swim leg. Sports bras are fine, but again, athletes must cover up for the rest of the race.

Excellent day
Excellent venue loved it
Best time! Well organised!!
Really disappointed in the organisation. I was injured before the event and the customer service was passive aggressive, unhelpful and truly insincere. I’m still hoping there is a resolution to this as the entry included injury protection’. I simply wished to change to a different event so I wasn’t under pressure to participate injured, (or lose my money) or put the staff under pressure having someone injured on the course. Hopefully I’m not just a entry fee.
Do not use this company to book events. They are really unhelpful and the injury protection is not actually worth having. I injured my foot the week before and let them know I couldn’t participate on the Wednesday before the event. They refused to change my place to a different event or refund me. I had proof that I’d seen a physio but they were so unhelpful. They don’t see you as a participant only a payment…
Poor communications in the lead up to this event, emails inaccurate. “You have been sent a temporary password”. “You will be sent a start time and race number”, none of which happened. Had to arrive at start and hope for the best. Even my result is appearing in the wrong age group. Great course and marshals. First out the water had to throw the crowd barrier to one side and it hadn’t been removed at the start of the race. Would I race here again, yes but would it with this event organiser, probably not. Disappointing.
