About this event
Treat yourself with this flat and fast 10k race along the south coast. Great for runners of all levels, the course starts at Folkestone Seafront before making its way along the promenade. Come for the chance to record a PB or for the finisher's medal.

The course starts and finishes from Folkestone seafront. From here, runners will head towards Hythe along the promenade before turning back at the 5k mark. The route affords runners plenty of chances to enjoy the beauty of the coastline.
Many runners have recorded a PB on this course in the past.
08:00: Start Line opens
10:00: Start Line closes
Participants will be set off in 5-minute intervals, with 12 runners per slot.
Due to the current situation, spectators are encouraged not to attend. If they must, it is asked that they congregate at the start/finish area.
Volunteers are a focal point of all Nice Work events. As such, they are always on the look-out for more helping hands.

There will be parking available along the harbour and in Folkestone town, but please take note of any parking charges or restrictions.
For those wishing to travel by train, the nearest station is Folkestone Central Station. You can take a taxi or walk/jog to the Harbour, which will take about 20 minutes.
