This was my second race, first after COVID-19. The communication before the race from the organisation was great, kept us updated at all times. The organisation on the day to ensure that we could keep a safe distance while still enjoying a race environment was amazing. The support from marshalls and friends along the route was fantastic. Special mention to a family between km 3-4 or 6-7 on the way back, many thanks for your support!! … read more

Route description

The course starts and finishes from Folkestone seafront. From here, runners will head towards Hythe along the promenade before turning back at the 5k mark. The route affords runners plenty of chances to enjoy the beauty of the coastline.

Many runners have recorded a PB on this course in the past.
