The Friday 5s is a series of six 5 mile races that take place on Friday evenings The Stowmarket Striders Friday 5 mile race is leg 3 of the prestigious Friday 5 Series of races. We have a beautiful new route this year for one year only. It's fast, its flat, down beautiful country lanes - it may just be 5 mile PB potential starting just outside the village of Buxhall. The course is an accurately measured five miles, is chip timed and is run under UKA rules.
