Frosty Aquathlon

A choice of two aquathlons. First off will be an 800m pool swim followed by a 10km run around the local park and along the seafront promenade. Competitors enter individually but running alongside is a team event where four competitors (min of 1 female) combine their times towards the team competition. There is also a 400m pool swim and 5km run. Transition is indoors in case of inclement weather. If weather conditions are fine then quick times can be expected on the flat course. A popular early season event now in its 23rd year.
