Route information
Throughout all of the courses there will be Cargo net climbs, Monkey Bars, Pond runs, River Crossings, Slides, Trenches, Tunnels and much more.
10k
The most popular event is a test for all levels of fitness with a minimum of 30 obstacles throughout the course. This is also a great team event so you can help each other around the course.
10 miles
This is the toughest challenge of the event with runners doing one and three-quarters of the 10k course. You get to enjoy around 50 obstacles challenges on the 10-mile route.
6k
This event was designed for beginners who have not experienced the mud run buzz before. This course is perfect for all first-timers.
Junior 3k
A course for all the family and is recommended for children over the age of 6. It will be muddy, crazy, and perfect for all looking to enjoy the mud.

Event day logistics
Saturday
09:00 10 miles starts
10:00 - 12:00 10k start window
13:00 - 16:00 6k start window

09:00 - 16:00 Junior 3k start window
All participants must arrive 30 minutes before their selected start wave in order to register.
Registration
When you arrive at an available table please hand in your signed waiver which you must print off, sign and bring with you on the day. Here you will receive your race wristband.
Age Requirements
Under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Wave start
The waves will start in 20-minute wave slots which will be allocated to you before the event. You will be able to choose your one hour start wave when booking.
Team Entry
Sign up with all your friends and enter as a team.
