Route information
This indulgent event combines cycling with leisure, allowing participants to explore Girona, its historic Old Town and its amazing cycling culture. The Girona-Rendezvous has something for every rider - from road fanatics to gravel lovers, both disciplines are catered for on this trip.
The road cycling group will travel along Girona's smooth, quiet roads, experiencing incredible views and an almost traffic-free route. This course has it all; with stretches along the coast and sections that take riders into Girona's mountains, you'll be able to really appreciate the variety and beauty of Catalonia's landscape. Highlights of the route include the Hincapie Loop, the Susqueda Loop, the dam wall of Panta de Susqueda, the Rocacorba Climb and the Sant Grau Climb. The gravel route enables cyclists to explore the region on less-frequented gravel paths.
Both the gravel and road routes are supported by local guides. There is a no-drop policy, meaning the rides accommodate a leisurely pace with the opportunity to take breaks whenever they are needed.
