This new Duathlon takes in the wonderful scenery of the Mossneuk Estate, just outside the busy Glasgow area.
The run route will take place entirely within the stunning grounds of the Estate, while the bike course heads out of the grounds into the spectacular scenery of the surrounding farmlands.
This event is open to athletes of all abilities, so for anyone who feels they can take on these distances, come along and join the fun.

Mossneuk Farm Estate is situated approxiamtely 15 miles south west of Glasgow, and can be accessed from the M77 or the A737.
Parking
Parking will be available on site for £5.
By Train
Neilston Station is approximately 2.5 miles from the venue.

Age Requirements
Entrants must be 17 years of age or older in order to participate.
Race Packs
Your race pack will include a race number and 2 stickers, which must be attached to your bike and your helmet. This must be done before you enter the transition zone.
Transition
The transition area will be open between 06:00 and 07:40. You cannot ride your bike in the transition area, and you must wear your helmet at all times in the transition area whether you are on your bike or running with your bike.
Security will be present in the transition area throughout so you don't need to worry about your equipment. You will need your ID to go in and out of the transition area.

This is a no drafting race

There will be waters station on the course for participants to make use of.
BTF Member Entry
If you are not currently a member of the British Triathlon Federation, your ticket will cost £6 more which covers the cost of a day membership.
