Runners at Glow in the Park Kent will take on this 2.5k circuit twice, ensuring double the glow in the dark fun, to complete a full 5k. The course will be fully marked and marshalled to ensure you never go off course, although the glow zones will be easy to spot against the nighttime backdrop.
There are 6 epic Glow Zones, with each offering a unique experience where lighting, special effects, and music have been installed.
Entrants can run, walk, jog, hop, and skip their way around the Kent Showground course, all the while sporting a head-torch and coloured headband to see where you're going!

This was an enjoyable event overall. The sound quality at the warm up was poor and you couldn't really make out what was being said. Signage for spectators was lacking and the glow zones were a little disappointing really. There was a long queue on the first lap for the foam zone - this needed a bigger area with more than one foam blower to make it better. Organisation was great especially given last minute changes because of the weather which meant we could all be inside at the start and finish, that was appreciated. Car parking was efficient - but nobody actually checked to see if you had a car park pass, I'm wondering whether I wasted my money paying for one - parking should be free anyway. Collection of race numbers was quick and efficient but again nobody checked you had actually entered....I could have rocked up and run for free :/. An entertaining evening overall and a big thanks to those who stood outside marshalling in such awful weather.

I am looking for events to take part in to raise money for my trip to Sri Lanka next year. Can participants in this race be sponsored and if so how does this work?
I am looking for events to take part in to raise money for my trip to Sri Lanka next year where I will be volunteering with a charity called Travelteer. Can participants of this race be sponsored for donations and if so how does that work?
Hi Sophie! Yes I believe you can set up your fundraising separately and simply run the race that way!
