Route information
Although this course is newly built (~2014), it is situated right in the heart of the Olympic Games park in Stratford. The closed circuit route is perfect for all athletes, whether you've done a bunch of races before, or this is your first. Since the circuit is closed it means racers can focus on their own race without the distraction of cars and traffic.

The events are chip timed with medals for all finishers and podium medals.

Yes, you should take any of these events at your own pace.
I don’t have a helmet, can I still enter the Go-Tri Duathlon?
No, if you are using your bike at any point during GO TRI activity, you must wear a helmet. No helmet, no GO TRI Activity.
Do I need to be a Triathlon England member in order to do this event?
No, not at all. Anyone is welcome.
What sort of bike can I use?
The one that fits you best. However, your bike must have two freewheels (not “fixie”) and two brakes. Please make sure it is roadworthy – if in doubt get it serviced at your local bike shop.
What facilities do they have?
There are changing and showering facilities as well as cafes on site.
