Route information
This closed circuit route is based in the home of the 2012 Olympic Games. The newly built course gives participants a chance to get off the busy roads, get their heads down and set a new PB.
Whether you opt for the Super Sprint or the Sprint, these races are perfect for beginners and advanced athletes.

Tube and train: The nearest stations are Stratford station and Stratford International station, both of which are in Zone 2/3 and provide step-free access from entrance to platform
Bus: Stratford bus station and Stratford City bus station are both located in close proximity to Stratford station. Buses that run to these stations are:

10:00 - Race Start
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of your race to get registration sorted and a sufficient warm up in.
Spectator Info
Spectators are encouraged to get down to the event and cheer on their family and friends. The circular nature of the course makes for an awesome spectacle and the chance to see racers multiple times.
Can I walk during the run element of the Go-Tri Duathlon?
Yes, please take the race at your own speed.
I don’t have a helmet, can I still enter the Go-Tri Duathlon?
No, this event requires participants to wear a helmet for insurance purposes.
Do I need to be a Triathlon England member in order to do this event?
No, not at all. This event is open to all athletes but there are a limited number of places so sign up quick.
What sort of bike can I use?
The one that fits you best. However, your bike must have two freewheels (not “fixie”) and two brakes. Please make sure it is roadworthy – if in doubt get it serviced at your local bike shop.
Are there changing facilities at the Go-Tri Duathlon?
There are changing and showering facilities as well as cafes on site.
