This duathlon is taking place in the heart of Chesire and the area surrounding the village of Woodford. The run course will be 2.4k and the same out and back route along Chester Road for both runs. The bike ride will be 10k and a loop starting and finishing at race HQ on Chester Road. Both courses will be flat making for fast times and an easy gateway into duathlon racing.

09:00 Event starts
Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your start time to ensure you have ample time to familiarise yourself with the transition, warm-up and discuss any queries you may have.
Mass Start and Wave Information
There will be a staggered mass start. 10 participants every 30 seconds at all events.
Age Requirements
Entrants must be 15 years or older to take part in this event.
Registration
Your race number and medal will be at an allocated place in the transition. This will be your area to keep your bike, trainers and any nutrition/hydration you may require.
Overtaking
To ensure you are adhering to social distancing measures, when you are overtaken please drop back slightly to allow adequate distance. If you are overtaking, please move over to the right, ensure you avoid any oncoming runners.
Transition
The bike mount line will be marked with a flag. The dismount line will be the same line as where you mounted your bike. Please walk/run with your bike from/to the transition. Do not mount or dismount your bike before these points. This rule is in place to avoid confusion between cyclists, runners or motorists as well as provide more space to adhere to social distancing.
The Finish
The finish line will be the start line where your time will be manually recorded. Please make your way safely from the finish line to the transition area.
