An ideal entry level event giving everyone the chance to sample the SwimRun experience. Based on a single lap of Alton Water which is set in 400 acres of beautiful Suffolk countryside.
The event starts and finishes at the main Great East Swim event site. The 11.3km course (approximately) comprises 4 swims and 3 runs. The swim courses include the start and finish sections of the Great Swims with a sunken tennis court thrown in for good measure.

- Run 3: Gently undulating course based largely on packed sand cycle track and path which follows the contours of the reservoir with the water regularly visible.
