Route information
Run 4k
The race starts and finishes with a 4KM run within the boundaries of the country park. This will be a mixed-terrain route, over a mixture of grass and walkways.While the run's short distance makes this a great event for novices and young competitors, there is a challenging hill within the route.
Cycle 20k
The transition to the cycle will take place on a grassy area, next to the access road. This course is all on roads, and is 10KM loop, with participants completing it twice.
The quick cycle is relatively flat and will take riders through Rayne, Willows Green and Great Leighs, before returning to the centre for the final run.
Final Run 4k
The final section of the race will follow exactly the same course as the first run.
The transition area will be situated in the park adjacent to the Discovery Centre, changing facilities will be available at the centre itself with competitors toilets adjacent to transition.

Parking
There will be plenty of parking at the event, as well as access to the Discovery Centre which is fully equipped with changing facilities, a cafe, and toilets.

Entrants must be 18 and older to enter the event.
Start Waves
Entrants will be set off in a time trial format, with 1 competitor starting every 10 seconds.

Prizes will be sent out after the race.

Toilets will be located within the Discovery Centre and also adjacent to the transition.
Spectator Info
Spectators can base themselves within the park area and cheer on the athletes at both the start and the finish line.
