2nd year doing RB10k. Course is one of my favourites, but (and I think I mentioned this in my last review) don't expect masses of support on the roads, as it really is only at the race village. So, could do with some more advertising out on the country roads. This year also seemed very course marshal sparse! Surprising, as this event is run by the same company that runs Endure24 and the Wokingham Half...and if you ran the half you got reduced price on the 10k! Another perk is the big discounted entry to Thames Lido the following day (which I forgot about). Discount would be nice if you enter all three...hint, hint! 🤣Another little gripe though, the water stations were poorly positioned. One was very early in and the sign for the second was a mile away from the actual water!!!! Definitely need to take water out with you, or they need to add another station as it's always (famous last words) hot on the day. All in all though, a good course. There are some bridges to get over and slight inclines to deal with so don't skip hill repeats! 👍

Well organised, well marshalled, friendly and fun race. Perfect for all the family to join! My only suggestion would be for the organizers to include a snack post-race.

My only complaint is being forced to pay £5 for parking at the Madjeski Stadium next door. This definitely should have been free. Otherwise, well organised and fun 10k race!

If you're looking for a fast 10K this is it. Other than a couple of small inclines it is fast and flat and is great for a PB attempt. Organisation is generally good. A few gripes- £5 to park, not enough toilets (as in most events) and can be tricky getting into the start pen if you leave it to the last few minutes. Quiet atmoshere outside the business park but great support at the finish. Good medal.

Really hot on race day in 2018, so if you are not a fan of the sun beating down and bouncing back up at you from the road.... Having said that, it is a nice rural road run, as the course doesn't go anywhere near Reading town centre. I do run quite a few sections of the course regularly, so I do like it.
