All entrants must be 18 years or over to enter.

On the course, there will be aid stations supplying cake, fruit, and snacks to refuel you throughout.

There will be parking available at each race venue.
When does the Grimnificent' Seven start?
The Half Marathon and Marathon starts at 9:30am and the 6.1 miles races start at 10:00am but please arrive early enough to get yourself prepared and to register.
