Route information
The cycle course takes cyclists through the beautiful Berkshire countryside, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Here you will pass through the traditional villages of West Berkshire, negotiate a selection of short punchy climbs and experience the stunning scenery and quiet country lanes of the Royal County of Berkshire.

The Guide Dogs Tour of Berkshire starts from 08:30 with registration taking place from 07:45. Here you will receive your numbers and timing chip.

Road: Hillfields is located close to Reading and is in close proximity to and easily accessible from the M4.
Rail: Reading can be reached from London Paddington while Theale and Aldermaston are on the First Great Western line from Reading passing through Newbury.

Event day logistics
Registration and collection of number and timing chip from 07:45.
Epic Start: 08:30
Classic Start: 08:45
Fun Ride Start 09:15.
Facilities include chip timing, fully sign posted course, aid stations, mechanic on site, on course support, sag wagon and refreshments on site.
At the start / finish area you will find all of the event facilities including medical staff, toilets and refreshments. You can leave personal belongings at the event tent for collection after the cycle provided they are clearly labelled. During the event facilities include chip timing, fully sign posted course, aid stations allowing personal supplies, mechanic on site, on course support and sag wagon. Those taking part in the Fun Ride will pass one aid station, while those on the Classic Cyclosportive will pass two and those on the Epic three aid stations. At the finish there will be refreshments available.
