This run will take on sections of the Boudicca Way to Caistor St. Edmund. You'll reach the old roman town of Venta Icenorum where, depending on time you'll be able to look around before heading back to Trowse. Taking pictures and absorbing the surrounding nature is encouraged.
This is not a race, and aims to be comfortable to runners of all levels so the pace the group will run will be the pace of the slowest person. If you are able to run a pace of 11/12 minutes a mile, this run will be comfortable for you.
You should allow 3 hours for this 10 mile run. Please not that this distance may not be completely accurate and may be very slightly over or under this milage.
