The distance for this race totals at a whopping 64k. The route will consist of mostly roads with a few smatterings of trail along the way. The roads are quiet and rural so there shouldn't be much traffic. There will be plenty of hills for all competitors to challenge themselves on.
The course is predominantly run along the Gullion Way which was formed almost 60 million years ago by a volcanic eruption. This has created the hills that competitors will run along so make sure to embrace the pre-historic views during this rural Ultra.
